Ersoy Tuncay graduated from the Gaziantep Scientific High School in 1990. holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Bosphorus University in Istanbul, Turkey. He began his professional career in 1996 by working part-time as a sales engineer at “Aksa Jenerator” during his senior year at the university.
Umut Talu graduated from the Middle East Technical University (METU) department of Chemical Engineering in 1995. From 1997-1998, he completed an MBA in Marketing and Financial Management at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL.
